- Design, write, and maintain detailed functional and regression test scripts across UKG modules (Workforce Management, HR/Payroll, or Pro WFM depending on scope)
- Lead end-to-end test execution across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles
- Manage defect triage and resolution, working directly with developers and UKG consultants to resolve issues efficiently
- Build and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
- Define and enforce test standards, entry/exit criteria, and sign-off processes
- Produce clear, concise test reporting and status updates for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with business SMEs during UAT, facilitating sessions and capturing outcomes
- Identify and escalate risks to quality or delivery timelines proactively
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA practice and test artefacts
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with UKG — particularly UKG Workforce Management / Pro WFM in a manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG environment
- Strong test script writing ability — this is a core deliverable, not a secondary task
- Demonstrated experience leading QA across complex enterprise system implementations
- Solid understanding of UKG configuration, data structures, and common integration points
- Experience across multiple test phases: SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
- Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, qTest, or ALM
- Exposure to automation frameworks alongside manual testing capability
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or similarly complex operational environments
