And we're just getting started.

This year marks a significant milestone for Method Recruitment as we celebrate 10 years in business.

A decade of partnerships.
A decade of growth.
A decade of fine tuning our method of delivering recruitment with transparency, clarity and insight.

And as we celebrate this milestone, we’re proud to introduce the next chapter of Method Recruitment Group; a refined brand, a new website and a sharper articulation of our mission, values and unique approach.

A visual refresh, sure. But more importantly, it’s a reflection of who we’ve become.

A method built on consistency & measured in trust

Since our inception, Method has grown from an ambitious idea into a trusted recruitment agency for businesses and professionals across technology, business support, accounting, finance, sales, marketing, HR, risk and compliance.

Throughout this journey, we’ve navigated market shifts, economic cycles, talent shortages and evolving client expectations. Each challenge has strengthened our conviction that clarity and standards matter more than ever.

Reaching 10 years gave us a moment to pause. Not just to celebrate, but to reflect.

  • What does Method stand for today?
  • How do we want to show up in the next decade?

As Co-Founder Greg Kouwiloyan reflects on the past decade:

The community and trust we’ve built over the past ten years is what I’m most proud of. We’ve grown a respected Corporate Services and Technology practice by doing things properly, building long-term relationships, and delivering consistently with genuine care.

- Greg Kouwiloyan

So, why the evolution now?

With growth comes responsibility.

The Method of today is sharper, more experienced and more intentional than the Method of 10 years ago. Our brand needed to reflect that.

Our refreshed visual identity is clean, modern and precise - a deliberate move away from noise and toward focus.

It signals:

  • Maturity
  • Confidence
  • Clear intent
  • Strategic sector depth

Alongside this, we’ve launched a new website built with our community in mind; clearer information, sharper insights and a stronger focus on outcomes so you can quickly see how we add value and where we can support your next move.

Because we’ve evolved. The business we are today is not the business we were 5 or 10 years ago… Our growth, standards, leadership capability, and level of work deserved a brand that reflected that.

- Greg Kouwiloyan, Co-Founder

A 20:20 vision & mission

Reaching a decade gave us permission to ask harder questions.

  • What do we stand for?
  • What standard do we want to be known for?
  • And what will define the next 10 years?
  • Are we articulating who we are as clearly as we deliver it?

That reflection led us to refine how we express our Vision and Values not to change our direction, but to sharpen it.

Our vision remains ambitious and unwavering:

To be Australia’s most trusted and impactful recruitment experience.

Trust, for us, means transparency and care.

Impact means lasting outcomes, not short-term wins.

Our mission reinforces this commitment:

To deliver a recruitment experience that is transparent, meaningful and long lasting.

Trusting your gut is the best course of action in business… if it doesn’t feel right, pull back and go in a different direction. As long as you learn from what you’ve done, it’s still valuable. These principles have always guided us. Now, they are clearer, stronger and more intentional than ever.

- Steve McCourt, Co-Founder

What this means for our clients & candidates

This evolution means:

  • Clearer positioning
  • Sharper processes
  • Higher standards
  • Stonger advisory capability

The heart of Method hasn’t changed. But the way we articulate and deliver our expertise has matured.

We are proud of the sustainable organisation we’ve built, with over 150 contractors and a very experienced team of 25+ recruiters across Australia; we’ve created a fun and rewarding culture where we help each other.

- Ben Brown, Co-Founder

As we step into our second decade, we are guided by a simple but ambitious focus:

To be known for recruitment experiences built on trust, delivered with precision, and measured by the lasting impact we create for the people and organisations we partner with.

The next chapter starts now

The refreshed brand and new website mark a confident step forward, but this is just the beginning. To our clients, candidates and partners who have been part of the last 10 years - thank you.

And to those joining us in this next chapter, welcome to the new Method.

The refreshed brand gives us a sharper external presence that matches the level of work we’re doing. It positions us as deliberate, credible and confident in our specialisation… The website is more than a brochure; it’s a signal to the market.

- Greg Kouwiloyan, Co-Founder

So, stay a little while and explore what’s new on our website.

Interviews aren’t just about ticking boxes. They’re about connect ion, clarity and showing someone why you. And while it’s easy to get caught up trying to have the “perfect” answers, the people who stand out are usually the ones who are prepared, but still human. Here’s how to get that balance right. 1. Do your homework (properly) Not just a quick skim of the website. Look at what the company actually does, where they’re heading, what they’re talking about publicly and how they position themselves. It gives you context and it shows. 2. Know your own story This is where most people fall short. You know your experience, but can you explain it clearly? Can you connect it to this role? Simple, structured answers (like STAR ) help. But more importantly, be able to explain: what you’ve done why it mattered what impact you had Confidence comes from clarity, not rehearsed scripts. 3. Focus on connection, not perfection Your CV got you in the room. The interview is about whether people can see themselves working with you. Be natural. Be engaged. Have a conversation. You don’t need to be overly polished, just present, interested and easy to talk to. 4. Shift your mindset - You’re not just being assessed This is a two-way conversation. Yes, they’re evaluating you. But you should also be working out if this role, team and company are right for you. Ask questions. Be curious. Take control of the conversation where it makes sense.
